The LiverWise 12-Week Implementation Program

The structure that helps you follow the system long enough for your body to respond.

Participation Agreement

Everything this pilot asks of you, and everything it commits me to, in one place. Read it before you place your deposit. If anything is unclear, ask me first — I would rather answer a question now than have a misunderstanding in week nine.

1.  What this is

This agreement is between you and LiverWise, run by Tim Dailey. It covers your participation in the LiverWise Implementation Pilot: a twelve-week program run with five people, at no fee, to find out whether a structured implementation sequence helps people put the LiverWise tools into practice.

It is a pilot. The program has not been run with anyone other than me. Part of what you are agreeing to is that we are finding out together, and that your account of it — including the parts that do not work — is the point.

2.  What you receive

•       The full twelve-module video course, one module released each week, with its supporting material

•       The complete LiverWise Bundle — the Matrix, the Harmful Ingredient Compass, the Sneaky Six Decoder, the personal message and the 12-day implementation guide. Yours to keep, permanently, whether or not you complete the program

•       A weekly check-in email from me across the twelve weeks

•       Three twenty-minute video calls with me

•       Direct email access to me throughout the twelve weeks

There is no program fee. The only money involved is the deposit described in section 5, which is returned to you.

3.  What you commit to

•       Baseline labs. A full lab report including ALT and AST, dated within three months of your start, submitted before week one.

•       Week-nine labs. A repeat set at calendar week nine, arranged and paid for by you, through your own doctor or provider.

•       Twelve weekly check-ins. Short, submitted as you go. Twelve completed check-ins, not twelve calendar weeks — see section 4.

•       Three calls. You pick your time from slots offered in advance.

•       A written account at the end. Honest rather than favorable. What worked, what did not, what was confusing, what was missing.

•       Alcohol remains removed for the duration. The program is built around that and does not work around it.

On honesty. Nothing in this agreement depends on your feedback being positive. A critical account is worth more to me than a flattering one, and the deposit terms in section 5 are deliberately written so that saying so costs you nothing.

4.  The timeline

Twelve weeks is the calendar, not a speed limit. Calls and labs are fixed to calendar dates because nine weeks of effort is nine weeks of effort whatever module you are on. Everything else moves at your pace, up to the week sixteen deadline.

5.  The deposit and how it comes back

The deposit is $100, paid before week one. It is not a fee and it does not buy anything. It exists because a free commitment is easy to abandon in week four, and this only produces anything useful if people finish.

It is returned in full when

•       Your week-nine labs are submitted, and

•       All twelve check-ins are completed, and

•       Both are in by calendar week sixteen

Refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of your twelfth check-in.

It does not depend on

•       Your lab results. They can move in any direction, or not at all.

•       What you say about the program, in your account or anywhere else.

•       Whether you agree to video or any identifiable material.

If you cannot continue

If illness, a medical event, or advice from your own doctor or provider prevents you from continuing, the deposit is returned in full regardless of how far you got. Tell me and that is the end of it.

If you stop for other reasons

If you withdraw for any other reason, or stop responding, the deposit is not returned. That is the only function it has.

6.  Using your experience and your results

This is the trade. There is no program fee, and in return I may use what happens to you to show other people what this program is and what it does.

What I may use

•       Your written account, in full or in part

•       Things you say in check-ins or on calls about the program and your experience of it

•       Your lab results, including specific numbers, as before-and-after figures

Where it may appear

•       The LiverWise website, including sales and program pages

•       Emails to the LiverWise list

•       Social media posts and other LiverWise marketing material

How you will be identified--you won't be

De-identified by default. At most a first name and an age range. Never your full name, your face, your location, your employer or your contact details, unless you separately agree.

An honest limit. This is a pilot of five people. Identifying details are removed as far as they reasonably can be, but someone who knows you well and knows you are doing this could probably work out which account is yours. A lab number and a personal story are distinctive. I am not going to promise anonymity I cannot deliver.

7.  Video and anything identifiable

Not covered by this agreement, and not required at any point.

If I would like to use video, a photograph, your full name, or anything else that identifies you, I will ask separately, after there is something specific to ask about. At that point I will tell you exactly where it would be used.

Declining has no effect on your participation, your deposit, or anything else.

8.  Withdrawing permission, and leaving

Withdrawing permission

You can withdraw the permission in section 6 at any time, by email, without explaining why. From that point I will not use your account or your results in anything new.

What I cannot do is unpublish the past. If something has already gone out in an email, or is already live on the site or in a post, I will remove it from pages I control where that is practical, but I cannot recall an email that has been sent or content others have shared.

Leaving the program

You can stop at any time. Tell me — that is all I ask. Section 5 covers what happens to the deposit.

If you leave, the Bundle remains yours and your course access remains open for the duration of the pilot.

9.  Your health information

Your lab reports are full medical records and are treated as such.

•       Stored in access-restricted storage. Only I have access.

•       Not sold, shared, or given to anyone else, for any purpose.

•       Used only to run this pilot and, in de-identified form, as set out in section 6.

•       Deleted on request after the pilot concludes, subject to anything already published under section 6.

LiverWise is not a healthcare provider and is not a covered entity under HIPAA, so the protections here are contractual rather than statutory. They are what I am committing to, in writing.

10.  What this is not

LiverWise is educational. It is not medical care, it does not replace your doctor, and nothing in the program diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.

I am not a doctor, a dietitian or any other licensed practitioner. I am someone who had this condition, worked out an approach that produced results in my own case, and wrote it down.

Keep your doctor involved. Arrange your labs through them. If their advice and anything in this program conflict, follow your doctor.

No outcome is promised. My own results are not typical and are not a prediction of yours. Your numbers may improve, may not move, or may move in the wrong direction — none of which affects your standing in this pilot or your deposit.

11.  Changes, and how to reach me

I will not change these terms during your twelve weeks. If something genuinely has to change, I will tell you what and why, and you can withdraw with your deposit returned in full.

For anything at all — questions about this agreement, something that is not working, or to withdraw permission — email me directly. You will get me, not a support desk.
